Aero-naut Grub Screw Type Propeller Adapter.

Grub screw type adaptors are usually used for shafts which have a filed area, against which the grub screw is tightened to prevent the adaptor from rotating loose on the shaft and thus affecting propeller RPM.

They are available in a variety of sizes.
